湖南太子新材料科技有限公司成立于2015年6月,已在漢壽高新技術產業園區建有30畝標準化生產基地,配套設施齊整,與武漢大學、湖南文理學院、中國科學研究院上海硅酸鹽研究所等高校和科研院所緊密合作,突破了工藝配方、擠壓成型與定形、交替堵孔、高溫燒成等國外多項專利技術的壟斷壁壘、共同開發了系列重結晶碳化硅產品。2016年7月在深圳前海掛牌成為了新四版,代碼365327,同年被認定為“湖南省新材料企業”;2018年被認定為“高新技術企業”。目前公司正在審核國家發明專利32項,授權發明專利8項。
公司主要生產的應用在動力鋰電池領域的碳化硅匣缽緊密圍繞《中國制造2025》重點支持新能源汽車領域,公司致力于重結晶碳化硅系列產品的研發,特別在提高重結晶碳化硅產品密度和強度性能上進行了大量的工作。在該技術領域經過長時間的研究上,采用特殊結構的粘合劑和獨特的燒結工藝,大大提升碳化硅產品密度和強度,使重結晶碳化硅產品的應用領域再次實現升級,大大擴展。所研制的重結晶碳化硅匣缽具有耐1200℃以上高溫、熱震穩定性好、膨脹系數小、抗腐蝕、耐剝落、抗粉化性好、有較好的高溫蠕變性、使用壽命長等特點。使用壽命是常規匣缽的20倍,且熱傳導速度快,使承燒產品受熱均勻,有效降低能耗和加快燒成速度,提高產量;打破了國外技術封鎖。可廣泛用于耐火材料、陶瓷、冶金、鑄造、電子等行業,滿足了更多行業客戶的需求,促使我國重結晶碳化硅產品在技術領域實現重大突破。同時對環境保護具有明顯貢獻,擴展應用領域,促進了產品結構與產品結構優化升級。公司所研發成果創新性強,技術含量高,在國內還沒有該技術產品,有望形成具有自主知識產權和掌握核心技術,填補國內空白的自主品牌新產品和新技術。

The service life of sagger is 20 times longer than that of conventional sagger, and the heat conduction speed is fast, so that the burning products can be heated evenly, effectively reduce energy consumption, speed up the firing speed, and increase the output, thus breaking the blockade of foreign technology. It can be widely used in refractories, ceramics, metallurgy, casting, electronics and other industries, meet the needs of more industry customers, and promote China's recrystallized silicon carbide products to achieve a major breakthrough in the technical field. At the same time, it has obvious contribution to environmental protection, expands the application field, and promotes the optimization and upgrading of product structure and product structure.
